Lila Sanchez-Adame
Certified Lymphatic Therapist
Hola, I'm Lila. I was born and raised in Pucallpa, Peru, and came to the United States in 2017 to marry my husband Jason. I became a Certified Lymphatic Therapist in 2018 and graduated as a Health Coach in 2021.
Since joining the Wellness Centre team, I have seen extraordinary results in so many patients I know God has lead me to the right path. God made a beautiful and amazing tridimensional human being: Body, Mind, and Spirit. This means any sickness, emotional, mental, or chronic health issue affects each dimension and the entire body.
I love studying the bible and spending quality time with my husband and camping with our three dogs: Coco, Marshy, and Portia.

Hi - I'm Meghan! I'm a graduate of Louisiana State University with a bachelors degree in Sociology. I love being a part of the Wellness Centre because the environment is warm and welcoming and we all strive to help others as we work with clients to accelerate their wellness journey.
When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
My favorite Bible verse is Isaiah 41:10: "Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.

Hey there - I'm Ivy. I have been working at The Wellness Centre for several years now as a Client Care Specialist. This is the most rewarding job I have ever had. I get to go to work everyday and witness our clients transformations.
I enjoy working at The Wellness Centre because the relationships that I have gained from my co-workers to all the clients – we are our own little work family!
My favorite Bible verse is Deuteronomy 31:8: “The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”
